The Canucks - tease of the century.

A little bit of a recap:
Burrows did exactly what he's been doing all season, and thats scoring goals. The first period was definitely Vancouver's as we dominated 1-0 until the second period when the Sharks' Boyle didn't hesitate to bypass the 'great' Luongo. The game started to become a little tedious until San Jose made it
2-1(Setoguchi) in the first 24 seconds of he 3rd Period. Just when we thought we were giving up our spot in the finals to the San Jose Sharks, Ryan Kesler goes  'oh hey theres 13 seconds left in the last period - maybe I should step it up and score!' At that moment, Kes won over the existent and non-existent hearts of Canucks fans everywhere(assuming that they're worldwide). Some began to doubt Luongo(especially while we played Nashville) but those doubts quickly vanished as he made 54 saves before Bieksa slapped one in at 10:18 into the second overtime. You know exactly what I'm going to say now - "BAM!" 3-2 Canucks babyboys and babygirls. Now we're going to the the finals, here we go, here we go.

Heres something thats kind of funny, there were a select few other than Bieksa himself that even saw the puck go in. There was a little bit of a delay in everyones response time at Rogers Arena, bars, pubs and houses everywhere. The puck ricocheted off the sideboards and came into the likes of Bieksa just inside the blue line. Bieksa who has been a key player for the Canucks this season mentioned "[it was] probably the ugliest goal of my career but the biggest. When it went in, I just yelled out, 'Let's go to the Cup, baby."'

We've waited since 1994. Nineteen ninety four! Well ladies and gents, this one is ours. Vancouver is in the state of winning. The Canucks have worked hard to get to this point which only means they're going to work even harder to destroy Boston in the finals. Especially because the Canucks lost to the Bruins the last time we saw them at Rogers Arena. Hey Tim Thomas, look, the Sedins, Kesler, and Burrows are all going to come with a vengeance so I advise you to practice your saves. Hell, I'm coming with a vengeance too. Bruins who? Really, who are you? Boston is good for their basketball but like the Celtics(oh Cellys how I love you) I'm afraid these Harvard natives need to just go back home. Its CANUCKS TIME!

OH and Thomas, One more thing, MALHOTRA IS BACK. Manny Manny Manny.

See you all on Wednesday for the pregame analysis ;).
